Wa Ideal Protein provides a weight loss program based on the Ideal Protein protocol. This includes personalized coaching, support, meal plans, and educational resources to help you achieve your weight loss goals.

3. User Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our program.

• Health Information: You may be asked to provide certain health information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of this information.

• Program Compliance: You agree to follow the guidelines and recommendations provided by your coach and the Ideal Protein protocol.

• Account Security: If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. 
  
  

4. SMS/MMS Messaging

• Opt-in: You can opt in to receive SMS/MMS messages from us by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to our terms.

• Message Content: We may send you messages related to the Ideal Protein program, including program details, recipes, special offers, and appointment reminders.

• Opt-out: You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payment: Payment for our programs and products is due as outlined at the time of purchase. For clients participating in our coaching program, a one-month commitment is required. Payment for the one-month coaching program is billed in advance and is payable in weekly installments at the time of each coaching session. 

• Refunds: All sales of products and program fees are final. No refunds will be issued. However, we are happy to offer exchanges for unopened and unused products within 5 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our program materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wa Ideal Protein and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information provided through our website or program. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in this information.
